About Us
UConS arose from a very specific problem – a problem that affects many companies every day, but is rarely truly solved. Tony Vogler experienced this firsthand for many years in controlling and after-sales service.
Financial planning is unnecessarily complicated, time-consuming, and prone to errors in most companies!
Numbers are maintained in Excel, contracts are scattered across PDFs, emails or folder structures – and the connection between the two is missing.
The connection is actually quite obvious:
Financial planning is based on contract data.
This is exactly where the idea behind UConS originated:
Why not make contracts the central data source – and automatically derive invoices and liquidity forecasts from them?
This approach allows two key problems to be solved simultaneously:
unstructured contract management and complex financial planning.
For the technical implementation, Tony sought support from Gaweng Tan, who, as CIO, brings extensive experience in the development of startups and complex data models.
Together they built UConS – a platform that combines contracts, invoicing logic and cash flow planning.
