(hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us” or “UConS”)

1. Controller and Data Protection Officer

The controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the company named above.

We have not appointed a dedicated Data Protection Officer, as we are not legally obliged to do so (fewer than 20 persons are regularly engaged in automated processing of personal data).

2. Collection and Use of Personal Data

2.1 Visiting our Website (Informational Use)

When you visit our website without registering or otherwise providing information, the following data is automatically collected:

IP address
Date and time of the request
Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
Content of the request (specific page)
Access status / HTTP status code
Amount of data transferred
Referrer website
Browser type and version
Operating system and its interface
Language and version of the browser software

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the technical provision, functionality and security of the website).

Storage period: 7–14 days (log files), after which the data is automatically deleted.

2.2 Contact Form / Early Access Registration

Data collected: Name, email address, company (optional), phone number (optional), message / request.

Purpose: Processing your inquiry, sending Early Access information, and preparing potential future contract conclusion.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to contact requests).

Storage period: Until your request has been fully processed + 6 months (for evidence purposes), or until you object.

2.3 Registration and Use of the Software (future)

When you create a test or paid account, we will additionally collect:

First and last name, company, address, VAT ID (for invoicing)
Payment data (processed exclusively via payment service providers – we do not store credit card details)
Contract and usage data
Uploaded contract documents / invoices (encrypted)

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (performance of contract) and Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR (compliance with legal retention obligations, e.g. § 147 AO, § 257 HGB – 6 to 10 years).

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We currently use no non-essential cookies and no external tracking tools (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, etc.).

The website is hosted by Wix.com. Wix sets technically necessary cookies for session management and security. For details, please see: Wix Cookie Policy.

As soon as we integrate analytics, marketing or other third-party tools, we will implement a cookie consent banner with granular opt-in options (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR / ePrivacy Directive).

4. Disclosure of Data

We only share your personal data to the extent necessary for the fulfilment of our services:

Payment service providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal) – only payment data
Hosting provider (Wix.com, Inc., USA) – protected by EU Standard Contractual Clauses + Data Processing Addendum
IT service providers / support (only under data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR)
Public authorities, where legally required

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Your Rights (Art. 15–22 GDPR)

You have the right to:

Access (information)
Rectification
Erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
Restriction of processing
Objection
Data portability
Withdrawal of consent (with effect for the future)

6. Data Security

TLS encryption (HTTPS)
Servers located in the EU (Wix data centers)
Access control and regular security updates
For the productive software: AES-256 encryption of data at rest and access logging
