When will UConS be available for businesses?

 

The launch of UConS is scheduled for April 2026.

Do both companies need to be registered to use UConS?

 

No. If your business partners don't use UConS, you can create a dummy client and manage all the data there. If your business partner registers later, you can connect the dummy client to them, making all the contract data accessible.

How does automated invoicing work?

 

Once all payment-related information for the contracts has been entered, the invoice simply needs to be officially generated, and the data is pulled from the contract. This manual function is important because invoices may need to be amended due to unforeseen circumstances.

Can only inflows and outflows that have been agreed upon through contracts with other companies be included in the calculation?

 

No. There are also manual input fields that can be included to generate the automatic liquidity plan (e.g., personnel costs or one-off payments such as inflation bonuses).

What data can my contractual partners see?

 

The only data that your contractual partners can see are the documents that you share with them. This includes the contracts, invoices, and payments stipulated in the contracts.
